Single Sign-On Scheduled Outage

Please be advised that today, July 19, 2013, Single Sign-On (SSO) services will be unavailable for a short period of time to allow for remediation to address a service stability issue.

The expected outage is from 20:00 EDT to 20:15 EDT

This will affect logon to applications such as IRIS, OurSource™, ComplianceWire, MyApps.jnj.com and any application that utilizes the ‘MyApps’ logon interface.

Users will not be able to click on the COMPASS Remote Access link at the myapps logon page during the outage. They can access COMPASS via https://compass-era.jnj.com/

Existing SSO user sessions will continue to work. However, new logon attempts during the downtime will fail.
